RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To avoid disputes between Flare Paper n' Style and the customer, we suggest the customer, after receiving the goods; please check the goods carefully. If there is any problem, take a photo of the defective part of the goods and contact us within 72 hours. 

The shipping costs for the returned goods and the re-order will be the responsibility of Flare Paper n' Style. If the products are:

  1. Defected or damage 

  2. Wrong item

Our refund is not applicable for the following condition:

1) Delivery time delayed due to shipping problem

2) The customer damages the product

3) The goods are damaged due to improper use

4) Dissatisfaction with the quality, color, and packaging
